Student Council is an organization designed to represent the opinions of the student body to the administration and others; plan, organize, and provide extracurricular activities and events; and provide a learning experience for students interested in government. The council has two parts: Parliament and Cabinet. Parliament is a group of representatives of the student body in general comprised of members elected by 1st period classes, the 4 class presidents, Cabinet members, and potential representatives. Parliament meets monthly. Cabinet meets daily as the Leadership Skills class. Student Council activities promote spirit, service, and pride.
