BHS Senior Calendar 2008

January 23    Senior Assembly (9:00 in Auditorium) –pick up order forms
 

January 30, 31   Graduation Announcement/ Cap and Gown Orders during lunch. (Herff Jones will be at SFCC –2/3 and 4)
 

March 5- March 12         Ticket for Grad Nite on sale during lunch at Event Window Cost is $120.
                                    This includes transportation on chartered buses and admission to Preview Party and
                                    Grad Nite at the Magic Kingdom.  Pick up Permission slips when you buy a ticket and request a bus.
                                    Bus assignments will be made by first permission slip turned in, first choice

April 7-11   Spring Break

April 17th   Graduation Speech Auditions 2:45 in room 4060

April 16th    Grad Nite permission slips due.

April 23th     Buddy Pictures

April 21- May 2   Prom ticket sales.

April 26th          GRAD NITE (Disney World)
                        We leave Buchholz at 5:00pm and return about 7am the following morning.

May 1- May 9   Senior Picnic permission slips available in the front office. Due May 9^th,
expenses for the picnic are covered by the class of 2008. 
We need a count at that date for ordering food.

May 5-16    AP Exams (Church of the Nazarene)

May 17  Prom 8:00 – Midnight Junior Senior Prom Reitz Union

May 22   Senior Breakfast and Senior Picnic – 1^st – 6^th period lunch, busses and admission free, paid from Class of 08
                  Students check in with their 1^st period teacher and then released to the breakfast. 

May 22    Class Night Awards 7pm BHS Auditorium. All seniors and their families invited

May 27- 30   Senior Exams and Senior Week –
All Books need to be turned in and debts paid off.

June 4th   Cap and Gown Pick up 1:45 at BHS Auditorium. 
You cannot pick up cap and gown until all debts are paid –Cash only.

June 6  Graduation rehearsal at 10:30 am O’Connell Center

June 6   GRADUATION 7PM. Graduates need to be there at 6pm

Ticket Sales are generally held during lunch at the event window

SFCC Dual Enrolled students may come on campus to purchase tickets, get or turn in permission slips,
 request transcripts, etc any school day those ticket sales are occurring
ONLY DURING THESE HOURS 7:30am – 8:00am  and 3:00 pm – 3:30 pm.
 Come to room 4060 in order to purchase tickets at these times.
