Cat Tracks is the official publication at Buchholz High School, 5510 NW 27th Avenue Gainesville, FL  32606. It is produced by the Journalism program and is intended to inform and educate the students, faculty, and staff as an open forum.

Opinions expressed in this publication are those of the author and/or the majority of the editorial staff, not Buchholz students or administration.  Cat Tracks welcomes letters to the editor, but reserves the right to withhold publication should they not meet journalistic ethics. 

Cat Tracks teaches students how to write for, design, and publish a quality newspaper, sell ads to businesses, and improve writing skills. Applications are available from English teachers. Involves writing articles, learning newspaper design and layout, and journalism conferences.
